Key Areas of Career Experience
- Management of complex industrial relations cases up to and including termination of employment, including in partnership with specialist workplace relations lawyers as and where required
- HR advisory services on performance management, counselling and performance improvement planning (PIP)
- Development and execution of HR strategy linked to organisational strategic plan and KPIs
- Ensuring compliance with minimum terms and conditions under relevant Modern Awards including rates of pay
- EBA negotiation and implementation
- Leadership of major transformational change activities including in relation to structure, rightsizing, culture and growth
- Establishing and implementing HR functions from a zero base
- Leading the development and roll out of employee engagement survey initiatives
- Leading workforce planning inclusive of analysing supply, determination of future needs and ways of working
