In today’s challenging cost climate, it can seem like there aren’t very many options left for businesses to find meaningful cost savings.  If you haven’t thought about the ways can do this in the HR space, then think again.  We have summarised the key features of our HR service delivery model below – which mostly relate to cost saving benefits:

It is MUCH cheaper to purchase expert HR and IR advisory services for your business on an as-needs basis relative to having the salary and on-costs of a dedicated, in-house HR leader sitting in an office.  As you may know, a qualified and career experienced HR Manager can cost an employer upwards of $120K per annum + super (circa $10K per month!!!).   With us, you also don’t have to think about salary increases or bonus payments either – simply pay an hourly rate (or part thereof) for what you need!

Even those clients here at CPO HR Services with medium size businesses who have the greatest demand for our services generally spend a lot less than they would with their own HR employee. Sometimes, total spend can be as low as $250 in an entire month for a couple of bits of telephone based advice and some straightforward HR administration.  You can expect significant cost savings without compromising on quality, knowledge or expertise. 

We only charge by the hour and we do not operate based on the number of staff (or FTE).

We also do not charge you a separate fee based on the number of associated entities or locations you and your business may have.  That way, it’s the one rate for all of your HR requirements – and our clients will tell you that we can pack a lot of HR into 1 single hour!

We do not operate with any minimum membership fee per location or subscription fee.  Simply pay for what you need as and when you need it. If there are months where you need more support than others, then we are at your service.  If you may have a month with very little HR related activity or if you may need to delay spending on a given HR project to the next month, then that is perfectly fine too.
